The Montreal winter has been intense this year. Now that it’s mid-March, the whiff of spring has me thinking about a luxury trend I’ve noticed in recent years: glamorous camping, a.k.a glamping.
According to glamping.com, “When you’re glamping, there’s no tent to pitch, no sleeping bag to unroll, no fire to build.”
Whether in a tent, yurt, airstream, hut, villa or treehouse, glamping is a way to experience the great outdoors without sacrificing luxury. The amenities found at glamping destinations far exceed anything recreational campers experience.
Glamping lets you enjoy “the positive aspects of camping without the ‘uncomfortable’ negatives.”
Glamping: a new way to travel. Will you be trying it this summer?
