72- Brands with a story

I’ve shared our experience at NATA PR with ‘brands with not story’, brands that often had great success before the Internet came along. Some have seen their market shares melt like snow in the sun and, since the pandemic, they suddenly want to get on the web.

So I thought it would definitely be interesting for many of you if I also shared our experience with these fabulous brands with stories behind them. I have to say, that’s true of the majority of our clients.

And these brands have several things in common:

  1. These brands’ creators or founders are always very willing and available to share their story with the media and influencers;
  2. They’ve been using online or traditional ad campaigns, and public relations, often since their earliest days;
  3. They’ve already built a very active community;
  4. They understand the strength of pairing public relations with social media;
  5. And they know how to work with agencies.

Here’s what they’re looking for:

  2. Agencies that can guide them in their development;
  3. Agencies that can give them strategic advice;
  4. Agencies that offer unrivalled service;
  5. They’re open to agencies’ ideas and suggestions;
  6. They listen to their clients.
