Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 journaliste et chroniqueuse pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es et conna\u00eet bien ce que j&rsquo;appelle l&rsquo;envers du miroir des relations publiques.<\/p>\n<p>Je lui ai demand\u00e9 quelles \u00e9taient, selon elle, les principales raisons qui pourraient convaincre un client d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer les RP \u00e0 son plan marketing. Voici le r\u00e9sultat de cet \u00e9change :<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. La dur\u00e9e et la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un article<\/strong><br \/>\nDans un monde o\u00f9 tout va \u00e0 la vitesse grand V, et o\u00f9 le contenu sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux est souvent \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re, rien n&rsquo;\u00e9gale la force d&rsquo;un article publi\u00e9 sur vous, votre entreprise ou vos produits.<\/p>\n<p>Ces articles apparaissent encore dans les recherches en ligne, m\u00eame sur certaines plateformes d&rsquo;intelligence artificielle, et restent souvent visibles pendant des ann\u00e9es. Leur valeur est inestimable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Sortir de l&#8217;emprise des algorithmes<\/strong><br \/>\nVous avez peut-\u00eatre investi beaucoup d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et de budget sur vos plateformes sociales, mais peinez \u00e0 atteindre de nouveaux publics. C&rsquo;est ici que les relations publiques viennent \u00e0 la rescousse : elles peuvent vous exposer \u00e0 des milliers de personnes qui n&rsquo;avaient encore jamais entendu parler de vous.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Apporter cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 et confiance<\/strong><br \/>\nLes relations publiques vous positionnent comme expert. Quand un tiers, journaliste ou influenceur, parle de vous et raconte votre histoire, cela renforce votre cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 et inspire confiance \u00e0 vos clients, actuels ou futurs.<\/p>\n<p>Et quand vient le temps d&rsquo;acheter un produit comme un th\u00e9, une voiture ou un soin pour la peau, ils se souviennent de vous, car ils ont lu ou entendu parler de votre marque avant m\u00eame de vous choisir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. D\u00e9velopper votre notori\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong><br \/>\nPlusieurs de nos clients ne collaborent pas avec des influenceurs : ils misent sur les relations publiques, en ligne comme dans les m\u00e9dias traditionnels. Les m\u00e9dias sociaux ne sont pas toujours le Saint-Graal, et les RP peuvent \u00eatre la cl\u00e9 de votre notori\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Profiter de l&rsquo;effet compos\u00e9 des relations publiques<\/strong><br \/>\nVous le savez, j&rsquo;aime la publicit\u00e9 : elle fait vendre. Mais les RP, elles, vous font conna\u00eetre. Et surtout, elles d\u00e9clenchent un effet compos\u00e9 unique.<\/p>\n<p>Un journaliste invite un de nos clients \u00e0 la radio. Ensuite, un journal nous appelle pour parler de lui. Puis des \u00e9coles le contactent via son site pour l&rsquo;inviter \u00e0 donner des conf\u00e9rences, et ainsi de suite.
