Oui, les pros du marketing nous demandent souvent ceci ou cela.. ils ne comprennent pas toujours ce que nous faisons.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Mais avant de commencer, pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas mon hisoire, sachez que j\u2019ai d\u00e9but\u00e9 ma carri\u00e8re il y a plus de 30 ans \u00e0 titre de professionnel du marketing.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019adore toujours cette profession et je suis encre mieux plac\u00e9e pour pouvoir m\u2019amuser un peu \u00e0 vos d\u00e9pens amis du marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Alors on se lance&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.Les RP, c&rsquo;est juste envoyer des communiqu\u00e9s de presse, non ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ah\u2026 cette fameuse id\u00e9e re\u00e7ue. Si seulement ! Notre vie serait vraiment simple.<\/p>\n<p>Oui, nous envoyons des communiqu\u00e9s, mais tout est dans l\u2019art de capter l\u2019attention. Quelles informations doit contenir notre communiqu\u00e9 ? Quel titre r\u00e9sume le mieux la nouvelle ?\u2019 etc.<\/p>\n<p>Et surtout, un communiqu\u00e9 n\u2019est pas une pub. Alors attention, aux superlatifs du type \u00abc\u2019est le meilleur produit sur le march\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb, laisser le journaliste qualifier lui-m\u00eame votre produit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. C\u2019est facile de contr\u00f4ler l\u2019image d\u2019une marque avec les RP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Contr\u00f4ler l&rsquo;image ? Les RP ne contr\u00f4lent rien, elles influencent, guident, informent. Elles mettent en lumi\u00e8re l\u2019image qui est d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9finie de la marque. Les RP font conna\u00eetre la marque. Elles contribuent \u00e0 la notori\u00e9t\u00e9 en faisant parler d\u2019elle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Les RP ? \u00c7a ne sert qu&rsquo;\u00e0 g\u00e9rer les crises.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ah la gestion de crise\u2026 Oui, cela fait partie de ce que peuvent faire les RP, mais en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, les RP, c&rsquo;est aussi de la pr\u00e9vention, la diffusion de messages cl\u00e9s, les messages positifs choisis par la marque. Il y a un grand travail qui peut \u00eatre fait en continue pour aider \u00e0 construire des r\u00e9putations avant la fameuse crise. Et les RP peuvent vous pr\u00e9parer avant une \u00e9ventuelle crise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Les influenceurs, \u00e7a remplacent les RP Non ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Non, les m\u00e9dias sociaux et les influenceurs ne remplacent pas les RP. Les influenceurs font partie de toutes nos campagnes de relations publiques depuis quelques ann\u00e9es d\u00e9j\u00e0. Ils peuvent devenir d\u2019excellents ambassadeurs pour une marque ou un produit. Mais cela demeure une partie du travail pour ce faire conna\u00eetre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Pourquoi payer pour des RP alors qu\u2019on peut juste faire une pub ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Parce qu\u2019une publicit\u00e9, c\u2019est comme crier dans un m\u00e9gaphone : tout le monde vous entend, mais est-ce que tout le monde vous \u00e9coute ?
