Avec de nombreux services de trains qui circulent \u00e0 travers le pays, dont TGV, TER, Intercit\u00e9s, OUIGO, etc.<\/p>\n<p>On y interviewait un jeune conducteur de train dans la trentaine qui adorait faire d\u00e9couvrir sa profession \u00e0 sa communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Sa passion \u00e9tait si forte qu\u2019il produisait des vid\u00e9os exceptionnels avec des mises en situation de collision par exemple o\u00f9 lui-m\u00eame avait eu \u00e0 vivre des moments assez difficiles.<\/p>\n<p>On y voyait ensuite la responsable des communications expliquer pourquoi la SNCF adh\u00e9rait \u00e0 cette pratique&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Non, nous ne r\u00e9mun\u00e9rons pas nos employ\u00e9s, ils le font selon leur bon vouloir et sont libre de partager les informations qu\u2019ils jugent int\u00e9ressantes, tant qu\u2019il ne d\u00e9nigre pas la compagnie.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019interviewer lui demandait si les employ\u00e9s \u00e9taient libres de critiquer.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Oui, s\u2019il s\u2019agit de critiques constructives qui ne d\u00e9nigrent pas, la compagnie.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Je pense que dans certains domaines, la tendance \u00ab&nbsp;Employee Advocacy&nbsp;\u00bb est \u00e0 regarder de pr\u00e8s, surtout quand on sait que la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z consulte massivement les m\u00e9dias sociaux.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous recruter dans ce cr\u00e9neau des jeunes professionnels dans la vingtaine, c\u2019est certainement un outil de communication puissant.<\/p>\n<p>On comprend que cette tendance s&rsquo;inscrit dans une volont\u00e9 des marques de se rapprocher de leurs audiences en humanisant leur communication et en utilisant les voix de ceux qui connaissent le mieux l&rsquo;entreprise : ses
