RP n\u2019\u00e9taient pas la premi\u00e8re mesure, puisque nos clients comprenaient que nous contribuons aux ventes et non \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des ventes directes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u2019est la publicit\u00e9 qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re des ventes directes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mais avec l\u2019av\u00e8nement des m\u00e9dias sociaux, la perception du r\u00f4le des relations publiques s\u2019est distordue.<\/p>\n<p>Je me souviens de faire partie d\u2019un groupe de CEO de la beaut\u00e9 o\u00f9 tous se plaignaient de leur agence de relations publiques&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On ne sait pas ce qu\u2019ils font<\/li>\n<li>On n\u2019arrive pas \u00e0 mesurer notre ROI (investissement),etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Je me souviens d\u2019avoir demand\u00e9 \u00e0 ces CEO&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;mais votre agence vous a certainement donn\u00e9 un plan, un calendrier d\u2019ex\u00e9cution des campagnes RP?&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9ponse&nbsp;: \u00abOui, mais nous ne savons pas ce qu\u2019ils font tous les jours.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u2019est l\u00e0 que j\u2019ai compris que comme la vitesse de publication sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux est imm\u00e9diate, il fallait que les relations publiques trouvent comment \u00eates en contact \u00ab&nbsp;imm\u00e9diat&nbsp;\u00bb, plus fr\u00e9quent avec ses clients.<\/p>\n<p>Cela fait bien 5 ans maintenant que nous avons mis sur pied les mises \u00e0 jour hebdomadaires pour indiquer \u00e0 nos clients ce que nous avons fait au courant de la semaine.<\/p>\n<p>Avant la cr\u00e9ation de ce nouvel outil, nous avions la confiance de nos clients et surtout, on accordait du temps aux relations publiques pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n<p>Vous le savez nous sommes \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re de l\u2019instantan\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Et quand j\u2019ai annonc\u00e9 officiellement \u00e0 nos clients que tous les vendredis ils allaient recevoir le bilan de la semaine, les r\u00e9actions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 instantan\u00e9es et positives.<\/p>\n<p>Maintenant, nos clients savent ce que nous faisons tous les jours.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame s\u2019il nous faut encore du temps pour obtenir une publication majeure.<\/p>\n<p>La compr\u00e9hension de ce que nous faisons et devenue meilleure, surtout aupr\u00e8s de nos jeunes directeurs du marketing en d\u00e9but de carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Alors, les relations publiques un investissement ou une d\u00e9pense?<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9videmment que c\u2019est un investissement pour vous faire
