Point final.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui a chang\u00e9, ce sont la cr\u00e9ation des m\u00e9dias sociaux et l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence des influenceurs.<\/p>\n<p>Et bien aujourd&rsquo;hui, je vous dirais :<\/p>\n<p>Nous faisons conna\u00eetre nos clients.<\/p>\n<p>Nous les faisons parler gratuitement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Faire conna\u00eetre<\/strong>, tout simplement.<\/p>\n<p>Comment faisons-nous cela ? Eh bien, par nos relations. Et oui, le mot le plus important dans \u00ab\u00a0relations publiques\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Cela vous semble \u00e9vident ?<\/p>\n<p>Eh bien, ce concept de \u00ab\u00a0faire conna\u00eetre\u00a0\u00bb m&rsquo;est venu lorsque je travaillais avec la formidable Kris Plachy, une coach en affaires exceptionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Lors d&rsquo;une r\u00e9union ZOOM il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, elle m&rsquo;a demand\u00e9 : \u00ab\u00a0J&rsquo;ai une id\u00e9e de ce qu&rsquo;est le domaine des relations publiques, mais que fais-tu exactement ?\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Et spontan\u00e9ment, ce qui est sorti de ma bouche a \u00e9t\u00e9 :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous aidons nos clients \u00e0 se faire conna\u00eetre. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Et la merveilleuse Kris a r\u00e9agi en disant : \u00ab\u00a0Ah !
