Alors j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;explorer \u00e0 nouveau cette \u00e9tape cruciale.<\/p>\n<p>Un de nos \u00e9tudiants qui est en train de r\u00e9diger son premier communiqu\u00e9 me partageait aussi son courriel\/mail de vente.<\/p>\n<p>Et bien, vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser cette question pour cr\u00e9er votre premier courriel d&rsquo;approche, car oui, les relations publiques telles que nous les pratiquons se rapprochent de la vente.<\/p>\n<p>Je dis souvent que nous faisons du \u00ab\u00a0soft selling\u00a0\u00bb, une forme de vente en douceur.<\/p>\n<p>Notre profession consiste \u00e0 sugg\u00e9rer tr\u00e8s souvent des produits et des services de nos clients \u00e0 des journalistes et des influenceurs.<\/p>\n<p>Nous leur \u00ab\u00a0vendons\u00a0\u00bb l&rsquo;id\u00e9e que leurs lecteurs ou leurs fans seront int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par les produits\/services de nos clients.<\/p>\n<p>Nous devons susciter cette envie de parler de nos suggestions, cr\u00e9er, en quelque sorte, une \u00e9motion de d\u00e9sir chez nos interlocuteurs.<\/p>\n<p>Il en va de m\u00eame lorsque vous approchez des clients potentiels qui ne vous connaissent pas.<\/p>\n<p>Vous devez :<\/p>\n<p>1- identifier quels sont leurs enjeux, leurs probl\u00e8mes, leurs irritants.<\/p>\n<p>2- leur proposer votre solution et qu\u2019elle soit d\u00e9sirable<\/p>\n<p>Pour les journalistes et les influenceurs, vous devez :<\/p>\n<p>1- identifier ce que leurs lecteurs\/fans recherchent, aiment.<\/p>\n<p>2- leur proposer ces id\u00e9es<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque vous r\u00e9pondez \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de notre mod\u00e8le : pourquoi parleraient-ils de vous ? \u2013 la r\u00e9ponse pourrait ressembler au titre d&rsquo;un article de journal.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple : l&rsquo;entreprise X lance un nouveau produit Y.<\/p>\n<p>Ou l&rsquo;entreprise X int\u00e8gre l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle dans le d\u00e9veloppement de ses formules.<\/p>\n<p>Les nouveaut\u00e9s et les tendances du moment int\u00e9resseront les journalistes et les influenceurs.<\/p>\n<p>Vos clients potentiels, eux, cherchent des solutions \u00e0 leurs irritants : manque de temps, perte de poids, leurs concurrents font beaucoup parler d&rsquo;eux, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Plus votre r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ces questions sera courte et correspondra \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils cherchent, plus vous obtiendrez de r\u00e9sultats positifs.<\/p>\n<p>Plus vous aurez de r\u00e9ponses et de ventes.
