Je poursuis donc ma r\u00e9flexion ici avec vous sur l&rsquo;impact des m\u00e9dias sociaux sur les relations publiques.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque la popularit\u00e9 d&rsquo;Instagram a conduit les entreprises \u00e0 se tourner de plus en plus vers les influenceurs pour faire parler d&rsquo;elles et de leurs produits, les relations publiques ont connu d&rsquo;importants changements.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs agences ont m\u00eame retir\u00e9 le terme \u00ab\u00a0relations publiques\u00a0\u00bb de leur nom d&rsquo;entreprise et de leur description : elles sont pass\u00e9es de l&rsquo;agence YZ Relations Publiques \u00e0 YZ Communication ou YZ Marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Je me souviens que mon associ\u00e9 et moi avons beaucoup discut\u00e9 de ce point : devrions-nous changer de nom ? Mais quelque chose me disait que le terme \u00ab\u00a0relations publiques\u00a0\u00bb fait partie des professions bien connues, tout comme avocat, notaire ou agence de publicit\u00e9. Il y a une certaine permanence dans les professions ou cat\u00e9gories qui sont solidement ancr\u00e9es dans notre inconscient collectif, et lorsqu&rsquo;on effectue des recherches sur Google, \u00ab\u00a0agence de relations publiques\u00a0\u00bb est toujours bien pr\u00e9sent (plus de 70 millions de r\u00e9sultats en fran\u00e7ais et pr\u00e8s de 2 billions d&rsquo;inscriptions pour \u00ab\u00a0Public Relations\u00a0\u00bb) !<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;avenir nous a donn\u00e9 raison de conserver le terme \u00ab\u00a0RP\u00a0\u00bb associ\u00e9 \u00e0 NATA. NATA PR, cabinet de relations publiques ou agence de relations publiques, c&rsquo;est ce que nous sommes toujours, tout en ayant \u00e9videmment \u00e9volu\u00e9 et int\u00e9gr\u00e9 les m\u00e9dias sociaux et le travail avec les influenceurs \u00e0 nos services.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes des experts de la visibilit\u00e9 dite \u00ab\u00a0organique\u00a0\u00bb qui pla\u00eet tant aux algorithmes, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire ces articles qui sont publi\u00e9s en ligne sans \u00e9change mon\u00e9taire.<\/p>\n<p>Pour moi, les m\u00e9dias sociaux repr\u00e9sentent encore aujourd&rsquo;hui des occasions suppl\u00e9mentaires de communication et de connexion, surtout avec les clients potentiels des marques avec lesquelles nous collaborons.<\/p>\n<p>Il est donc vrai que l&rsquo;industrie des relations publiques a connu d&rsquo;importants changements ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, tant en termes de nouvelles technologies et de canaux m\u00e9diatiques que de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s de communication avec les clients et les entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, cela repr\u00e9sente un \u00e9norme d\u00e9fi pour nos clients quant \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re de g\u00e9rer efficacement les nouvelles formes d&rsquo;engagement.<\/p>\n<p>De nombreux acteurs prennent maintenant conscience de l&rsquo;importance croissante des relations publiques pour atteindre une partie de leur client\u00e8le qui n&rsquo;est pas constamment pr\u00e9sente sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux.<\/p>\n<p>La multiplication extr\u00eame des plateformes se poursuit et nous assistons actuellement \u00e0 la naissance de Threads, qui concurrence directement Twitter. Mais au cours de toutes ces ann\u00e9es o\u00f9 j&rsquo;ai vu appara\u00eetre le fax et le premier ordinateur personnel (oui, cette petite bo\u00eete beige&#8230;), j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 quatre choses :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Rien ne remplace les interactions en face-\u00e0-face, les rencontres entre humains et bien s\u00fbr les rencontres avec les journalistes et les influenceurs.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00eame si vous \u00eates tr\u00e8s actif sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux, cela ne repr\u00e9sente qu&rsquo;une partie de votre public cible.<\/li>\n<li>Apr\u00e8s la pand\u00e9mie, les marques ont cru que les ventes en ligne \u00e9taient la nouvelle panac\u00e9e, pourtant aujourd&rsquo;hui, les clients reviennent dans les points de vente.<\/li>\n<li>Les m\u00e9dias sociaux sont comme la mode. Chaque nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration voit na\u00eetre sa propre plateforme.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Il est vrai que c&rsquo;est toujours passionnant de voir comment les humains utilisent ces nouveaux outils.<\/p>\n<p>Et vous, quelle est votre plateforme de m\u00e9dias sociaux pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e en ce moment ?<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;esp\u00e8re que cette petite pause RP vous a plu.
