Comme ce domaine n\u2019est pas souvent consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un \u00e9l\u00e9ment majeur, on ne leur en enseigne que quelques rudiments, alors qu\u2019il constitue un outil puissant \u00e0 int\u00e9grer \u00e0 tout bon plan de marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Oui, comme discut\u00e9 dans le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent \u00e9pisode, la publicit\u00e9 et les relations de presse rel\u00e8vent de la promotion, mais les r\u00e9sultats diff\u00e8rent selon les disciplines :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rien \tde tel que les <strong>relations \tpubliques<\/strong>\tpour construire votre cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>Quant \t\u00e0 la <strong>publicit\u00e9<\/strong>, \telle invite \u00e0 l\u2019achat spontan\u00e9 et rime avec s\u00e9duction et coup \tde foudre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Au moment m\u00eame o\u00f9 j\u2019\u00e9cris ce texte, je viens de succomber au charme d\u2019une publicit\u00e9 qui me propose un petit appareil \u00ab Ultrasonic cleaner \u00bb pour nettoyer lunettes et bijoux. Le prix \u00e9tant raisonnable (24,98 $), j\u2019ai pens\u00e9 que je pouvais me le procurer imm\u00e9diatement pour le tester et que, si la qualit\u00e9 n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas au rendez-vous, je n\u2019aurais pas perdu beaucoup.<\/p>\n<p>Voyez comment la publicit\u00e9 m\u2019a s\u00e9duite. Ce produit r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me : je porte des lunettes pratiquement 24\/7 et j\u2019ai toujours voulu un de ces petits appareils.<\/p>\n<p>Bien avant que je voie cette publicit\u00e9, j\u2019ai rep\u00e9r\u00e9 plusieurs de ces petites bo\u00eetes dans des magazines et sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux. Vous savez ces petits vid\u00e9os o\u00f9 l\u2019on vous montre qu\u2019en plongeant un bijou terni on observe instantan\u00e9ment un nuage de salet\u00e9 se d\u00e9tacher de l\u2019objet et flotter dans le liquide. Une fois retir\u00e9, l\u2019objet est comme neuf et brille \u00e0 nouveau de mille feux.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est bien l\u00e0 o\u00f9 cette publicit\u00e9 a pu appuyer sur le bouton \u00ab d\u00e9sir \u00bb me concernant, car il y avait eu chez moi un effet compos\u00e9. Une accumulation d\u2019images et d\u2019information que seules peuvent apporter les relations publiques qui sont ici combin\u00e9es aux m\u00e9dias sociaux.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, nous avions profit\u00e9 de l\u2019effet inverse pour capter l\u2019attention des m\u00e9dias sur un appareil \u00e0 vapeur pour d\u00e9froisser les v\u00eatements. Les marques T-FAL et ROWENTA vendaient des appareils similaires au TOBI, dont la publicit\u00e9 qui faisait rage dans un march\u00e9 restreint, et le ROWENTA \u00e9tait plus performant.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019avais propos\u00e9 \u00e0 notre client une campagne de relations publiques et nous avions approch\u00e9 les r\u00e9dacteurs des magazines ainsi que les stylistes des salles de r\u00e9daction. Nous leur avions pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 nos appareils et ils avaient pu en faire l\u2019exp\u00e9rience. Ces approches nous avaient valu de nombreuses mentions de journalistes et je me souviens que le groupe SEB qui distribue et vend ses marques en Am\u00e9rique du Nord nous avait cit\u00e9s en exemple et que nous avions fait partie d\u2019un de leurs cas d\u2019\u00e9tudes lors de rencontres internationales.<\/p>\n<p>Voyez, quand je vous parle de combiner la force des RP aux m\u00e9dias sociaux et \u00e0 la publicit\u00e9\u2026 il s\u2019agit ici d\u2019un parfait exemple.<\/p>\n<p>Alors \u00e0 vous d\u2019en profiter et d\u2019int\u00e9grer les RP dans votre plan marketing.
