Les fameux \u00ab sales pitchs \u00bb !<\/p>\n<p>Combien de fois avons-nous entendu des entreprises nous dire : \u00ab Nous leur avons pourtant envoy\u00e9 un communiqu\u00e9 et nous n\u2019avons eu aucune r\u00e9ponse, donc les RP \u00e7a ne fonctionne pas. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9duire notre profession \u00e0 l\u2019envoi de communiqu\u00e9 est trop facile. Saviez-vous que les relations publiques dans le domaine des produits de consommation s\u2019apparentent aux ventes? En effet, lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de &nbsp;joindre un journaliste ou un blogueur il est utile de d\u00e9velopper des techniques de vente.<\/p>\n<p>Nous aimons dire, chez NATA PR, que nous utilisons des techniques de vente douces. Rien ne sert de harceler \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9tition le journaliste vis\u00e9. Ne d\u00e9voilez pas tout dans le premier courriel que vous envoyez. Gardez des informations cl\u00e9s pour relancer les personnes vis\u00e9es qui pourraient \u00eatre : des saviez-vous que le produit X est une innovation dans son secteur\u2026 qu\u2019il a rempot\u00e9 des prix, etc. Il faut savoir \u00eatre cr\u00e9atif dans vos relances et savoir aussi que les journalistes peuvent recevoir des centaines de courriels par jour. Votre communiqu\u00e9 est peut-\u00eatre pass\u00e9 compl\u00e8tement inaper\u00e7u et n\u2019a pas capt\u00e9 l\u2019attention des journalistes simplement parce que l\u2019objet de votre courriel est trop long et pas assez clair.<\/p>\n<p>Nous recevons tous de nombreux courriels, il faut donc trouver et identifier ce qui captera l\u2019attention en une fraction de seconde. Par exemple, la vitamine C est un sujet recherch\u00e9 par les journalistes de la beaut\u00e9. Si votre titre ne mentionne pas cet ingr\u00e9dient, il y a de fortes chances que votre communiqu\u00e9 soit tout simplement ignor\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il est donc clair qu\u2019un seul envoi risque fort de ne pas g\u00e9n\u00e9rer les r\u00e9sultats esp\u00e9r\u00e9s. Il ne faut pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir plusieurs envois, mais pour lesquels vous aurez un titre de courriel diff\u00e9rent par exemple.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut jouer de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et relancer les journalistes et les influenceurs que vous souhaitez joindre.
