Depuis la pand\u00e9mie, tout allant encore plus vite, il est fort probable que votre plan \u00e0 long terme de plus de cinq ans devra \u00eatre r\u00e9vis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me principal des pr\u00e9visions \u00e0 court terme versus \u00e0 long terme rel\u00e8ve principalement de la sant\u00e9 financi\u00e8re des entreprises. Nous l\u2019avons tous constat\u00e9, ceux qui ont d\u00fb faire face \u00e0 la crise en \u00e9tant d\u00e9pendants de leurs revenus mensuels n\u2019ont pas surv\u00e9cu (\u00ab Those who live by the numbers, die by the numbers \u00bb \u2013 Les compagnies qui ne s\u2019appuient que sur les chiffres meurent par les chiffres.)<\/p>\n<p>Que faire s\u2019il est impossible de pr\u00e9dire l\u2019avenir et comment g\u00e9rer l\u2019impr\u00e9visible?<\/p>\n<p>Les tendances constituent la meilleure option qui s\u2019offrent \u00e0 nous (ce sujet sera abord\u00e9 d\u2019ailleurs dans l\u2019\u00e9pisode 26).<\/p>\n<p>Prenons, par exemple, la tendance v\u00e9gane qui explose actuellement. Un de nos clients, une toute petite marque, a remarqu\u00e9 une absence d\u2019offres sur le segment des desserts glac\u00e9s v\u00e9ganes. En s\u2019appuyant sur cette tendance, notre client propose aux supermarch\u00e9s ses produits pour compl\u00e9ter leur gamme.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut cependant suivre ces tendances avec attention et ne pas s\u2019emballer trop vite. Certes, la demande pour les voitures \u00e9lectriques existe, mais combien de r\u00e9sidences disposent de syst\u00e8mes pour recharger les batteries? &nbsp;De m\u00eame, les \u00e9tudes de march\u00e9, qui offrent des mines d\u2019information, sont souvent davantage tourn\u00e9es vers le pass\u00e9 que vers l\u2019avenir.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, on peut toujours miser sur l\u2019inattendu qui, par d\u00e9finition, arrive au moment o\u00f9 l\u2019on s\u2019y attend le moins, comme l\u2019a si bien illustr\u00e9 la pand\u00e9mie.
