En effet, l\u2019objectif ultime d\u2019une entreprise consiste \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des revenus pour permettre aux cr\u00e9ateurs et aux salari\u00e9s de gagner leur vie. Pour moi, c\u2019est l\u2019incarnation de la r\u00e9ussite et du succ\u00e8s!<\/p>\n<p>Comment le succ\u00e8s peut-il se r\u00e9v\u00e9ler diff\u00e9remment pour chacun de nous?<\/p>\n<p>Certains clients qui connaissent d\u00e9j\u00e0 du succ\u00e8s et viennent vers nous croient que leur bonne fortune provient uniquement de leurs produits ou de leur g\u00e9nie, et que tout revers est uniquement d\u00fb au marketing et aux RP.<\/p>\n<p>Ils ont sans doute mal \u00e9valu\u00e9 l\u2019origine de leur succ\u00e8s, car il me parait \u00e9vident qu\u2019ils ont pos\u00e9, sciemment ou non, plusieurs bons gestes marketing :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; D\u00e9finition claire et pr\u00e9cise de leurs produits<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Grande pr\u00e9sence sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux et traditionnels<\/p>\n<p>Le pi\u00e8ge classique se referme lorsque l\u2019\u00e9go prend le dessus et quand le dirigeant se consid\u00e8re comme le client type. Il peut incarner le client id\u00e9al de l\u2019entreprise, mais c\u2019est assez rare\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques points de rep\u00e8re pour vous inscrire sur la voie du succ\u00e8s :<\/p>\n<p>-Suivre les tendances car, tout comme les mar\u00e9es, vous ne pouvez les contrer.<\/p>\n<p>-Conserver le contact direct avec vos clients, votre base.<\/p>\n<p>-S\u2019accorder du temps pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 votre entreprise, penser de mani\u00e8re cr\u00e9ative et cr\u00e9er de la valeur.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons souvent accompagn\u00e9 de nouvelles marques qui faisaient leur entr\u00e9e en Am\u00e9rique du Nord.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tonn\u00e9e par le comportement de certains dirigeants qui avaient connu du succ\u00e8s sur plusieurs march\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Leur soif d\u2019aller sur le terrain pour rencontrer de \u00ab vrais \u00bb clients (en pharmacie, en supermarch\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p>-Leur humilit\u00e9 et capacit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9coute \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des agences implant\u00e9es dans le march\u00e9 qu\u2019ils souhaitaient p\u00e9n\u00e9trer.<\/p>\n<p>-L\u2019acceptation des commentaires des clients.<\/p>\n<p>-Leur volont\u00e9 d\u2019adapter leurs produits pour mieux servir leurs futurs clients.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9l\u00e9guer enti\u00e8rement le marketing de votre entreprise peut repr\u00e9senter un danger, voire constituer une erreur fatale.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, une tendance que vous ignorez peut vous faire perdre rapidement des parts de march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les grands groupes de beaut\u00e9 le constatent tous les jours, \u00e0 l\u2019instar de certaines marques telles que Tata Harper et Glossier qui saisissent les tendances, se d\u00e9veloppent rapidement et r\u00e9pondent avec une efficacit\u00e9 redoutable aux nouvelles attentes des clients en qu\u00eate, notamment, de produits de beaut\u00e9 naturels et s\u00e9curitaires. Ce constat vaut aussi actuellement pour les produits v\u00e9ganes, dont le fort engouement des consommateurs a permis la cr\u00e9ation et le d\u00e9veloppement de plusieurs jeunes entreprises dans le secteur.<\/p>\n<p>Internet permet des d\u00e9veloppements rapides.
