Cette menace nous semble compl\u00e8tement sous-\u00e9valu\u00e9e aujourd\u2019hui quand on sait \u00e0 quelle vitesse un nouveau hashtag (mot-clic) peut se propager mondialement.<\/p>\n<p>La loi de la sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9 a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 importante pour les relations publiques. Rien de plus malheureux qu\u2019un porte-parole qui tente de cacher des informations \u00e0 un journaliste lors d\u2019une entrevue en direct par exemple. Le manque de v\u00e9rit\u00e9 transpara\u00eet dans l\u2019intonation de la voix, les gestes et la mani\u00e8re de s\u2019exprimer. On dit que le corps ne ment pas.<\/p>\n<p>Vous vous souvenez peut-\u00eatre de Starbucks et de cet incident malheureux survenu dans un de leurs caf\u00e9s? C\u2019\u00e9tait en 2018, une employ\u00e9e s\u2019est sentie menac\u00e9e par deux jeunes assis \u00e0 une table qui attendaient un ami. L\u2019employ\u00e9e a fait appel la police sans raison apparente.<\/p>\n<p>La sc\u00e8ne a \u00e9t\u00e9 film\u00e9e par une cliente, puis relay\u00e9e sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux.
