Il est donc compl\u00e8tement faux de croire que les relations publiques ne se mesurent pas.<\/p>\n<p>Il est vrai cependant que l\u2019on peut mesurer le succ\u00e8s d\u2019une campagne de relations publiques selon plusieurs crit\u00e8res et que les relations publiques, tout comme la publicit\u00e9, ne sont pas des sciences.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut consid\u00e9rer les relations publiques comme un jeu et vous pouvez, avec votre agence, d\u00e9cider des objectifs \u00e0 atteindre que ce soient :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>le \tnombre de parutions dans les m\u00e9dias traditionnels<\/li>\n<li>le \tnombre de mentions en ligne<\/li>\n<li>le \tpourcentage de la campagne que vous souhaitez ex\u00e9cuter sur les \tm\u00e9dias sociaux<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019augmentation \tdu nombre de visiteurs sur votre site Internet<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019augmentation \tde votre r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement naturel (SEO)<\/li>\n<li>etc.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La fa\u00e7on la plus simple et la plus efficace de mesurer le succ\u00e8s de votre strat\u00e9gie SEO, par exemple, consiste \u00e0 <strong>savoir combien de conversions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 vos actions SEO,<\/strong>et les relations publiques s\u2019inscrivent dans un plan SEO. Une conversion peut tout simplement \u00eatre un objectif que vous d\u00e9finissez et qui sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur votre site Web.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pourriez souhaiter augmenter le nombre de vos abonn\u00e9s \u00e0 votre infolettre ou le nombre de ventes en ligne sur votre site.<\/p>\n<p>Ce sont les fameux indicateurs de performance cl\u00e9s (KPI).
