Mais je vous parle ici \u00e0 titre d\u2019observatrice des tendances dans ce podcast.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis #metoo, #balancetonporc, #blacklivesmatter et la culture des #cancel, je suis fascin\u00e9e par les mouvements de masse qui prennent naissance sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux.<\/p>\n<p>Comme je suis bien de mon temps et tr\u00e8s souvent en accord avec mes contemporains, je trouve que ces mouvements sont n\u00e9cessaires pour faire \u00e9voluer la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Je suis remplie de tristesse quand je pense \u00e0 toutes ces femmes en Iran ou en Afghanistan qui sont priv\u00e9es de libert\u00e9, et ne peuvent ni s\u2019exprimer ni d\u00e9ployer leurs talents. Quel g\u00e2chis pour une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui se prive de l\u2019intelligence f\u00e9minine, qui pourrait tant faire pour aider proches et concitoyens. Dans plusieurs pays, c\u2019est tout simplement 50 % de la population dont ils se privent, sous le couvert de croyances et de valeurs.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai vu agir ces humains lorsque l\u2019on tol\u00e9rait ce qu\u2019on d\u00e9finit aujourd\u2019hui comme des gestes toxiques. Soyons vigilants et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute de ce que la race humaine n\u2019accepte plus aujourd\u2019hui, car cela a d\u00e9j\u00e0 une profonde influence sur notre vie personnelle, mais bien \u00e9videmment sur nos vies professionnelles.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est pourquoi je voulais discuter des valeurs d\u2019entreprise dans ce balado car, comme on l\u2019a vu chez Adidas r\u00e9cemment et chez bien d\u2019autres entreprises qui rapidement retirent leurs commandites ou leurs participations financi\u00e8res, il est aussi important de mener cette r\u00e9flexion maintenant et d\u2019afficher nos valeurs en tant qu\u2019entreprise avant une crise potentielle.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est ici que les relations publiques peuvent vous aider \u00e0 raconter et pr\u00e9senter vos valeurs. Comment op\u00e9rez-vous ces transitions pour amener par exemple l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des salaires entre les hommes et les femmes que vous recrutez? Quels sont les gestes que l\u2019entreprise pose ou les processus mis en place lors du recrutement et une fois l\u2019employ\u00e9 en poste?<\/p>\n<p>Les employ\u00e9s d\u2019une entreprise peuvent devenir de formidables ambassadeurs et v\u00e9hiculer vos valeurs.<\/p>\n<p>Les valeurs d\u2019une entreprise rejoignent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les valeurs du dirigeant qui en est, en quelque sorte, le gardien. C\u2019est le socle sur lequel vous pouvez construire une \u00e9quipe et qui vous aidera \u00e0 distinguer rapidement si les nouveaux employ\u00e9s partagent ou non les valeurs de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Communiquez vos valeurs \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un professionnel des relations publiques, diffusez-les sur vos plateformes de m\u00e9dias sociaux et votre site Internet.
